Our Story
Peter has been running restaurants, food trucks, and catering events his whole life, having learned the business from his Greek immigrant parents. Peter is the founder of the Pomodori brand and currently operates Pomodori NBPT and the North Shore Beefie Boys food truck. Kefi, a full service catering company, was a lifelong vision of Peter's to create unique menus for your special events. Valuing service, taste and style.
